Our Company Secretarial Clerk: Janelle Healy Janelle joined the team at Kristallis Chartered Accountants in 2002 and provides company secretarial services to our corporate clients. Janelle previously worked at Freehills as a legal secretary and has enjoyed the change to accounting. Janelle has also enjoyed the flexibility of our firm, which has enabled her to perform a real sea change from City life to life in the South Coast. Janelle logs in remotely from home to our Newtown computer servers and performs all duties via the internet. The recent implementation of Kristallis Chartered Accountants as a paperless office has enabled an efficient remote working environment. Janelle specialises in company secretarial matters including dealing with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), incorporating private companies, performing ASIC company annual reviews, attending to ASIC company changes and administering company registers. |
