Con founded Kristallis Chartered Accountants in 1977 at the original location at 29 Enmore Road, Newtown.

Con built the foundations of the firm and built the business into a boutique family practice. Con founded a firm culture principally focused on providing quality service to its clients.

Con is a Chartered Accountant and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Con is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and is a Justice of the Peace.

Con specialises in providing business and taxation advice to his clients and has extensive experience in dealing with small to medium sized businesses and high net worth individuals.

Con consciously made plans for the succession of the business to his son, Andrew. At this point, Con became a consultant of the business and currently deals with his boutique client base, some of which he has been dealing with since the foundations of the firm.
