Terms and Conditions

1. Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is Kristallis Pty Ltd (ABN 87 292 183 880) of 27-29 Enmore Road, Newtown NSW 2042 (Promoter).
3. The prize is an Apple iPad 2 with Wi-Fi, 16GB with polyurethane cover (colour of iPad and cover based on stock availability).
4. Winners are selected at random by the Promoter.
5. The Entrant must be a client of Kristallis Pty Ltd.
6. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged eighteen years or above.  Employees and previous employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
7. Promotion 1 commences on 31 March 2011 and ends on 30 June 2011. Promotion 1 prize will be drawn on 1 July 2011 at the Promoter’s offices. Promotion 2 commences on 1 July 2011 and ends on 8 December 2011. Promotion 2 prize will be drawn on 9 December 2011 at the Promoter’s offices. Only the winner(s) will be notified via their Facebook page and must respond within 72 hours or the prize may be re-allocated.
8. To enter, Entrants must simply add “Dusty Kristallis” as a Facebook Friend during the open period(s).
9. One entry per person, per promotion only. Multiple entries from the same person under another alias will be disqualified.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
13. The Promoter may contact the entrant via their Facebook page for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. 
14. The Promoter has total discretion to deny the Facebook Friendship of an Entrant and has total discretion to terminate a Facebook Friendship of an Entrant at any time. If an Entrant’s Facebook page is in any way offensive or inappropriate, this would lead to immediate disqualification from the competition and Facebook Friendship.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
16. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
17. Terms and conditions must be adhered to.
18. Prize must be collected in person at the Promoter’s office – 27-29 Enmore Road, Newtown NSW 2042 at a mutually agreeable time. Transport to and from the Promoter’s office and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The Entrant also agrees to have his or her photograph taken with Dusty Kristallis and also agrees to the Promoter using his or her image for marketing purposes including but not limited to the Promoter’s website and Dusty Kristallis’ Facebook page.
